The operator of our reservation system shares with us some of your personal information, such as your name, telephone number, email address, billing address, and your preferences in connection with your reservation (reservation dates, options selected, and particularities, if applicable).

Bark Lodge does not collect any information relating to payment or other financial information when you make a payment for your reservation online on the site https://www.reservationpleinair.ca/.

About cancellations of reservations that you have paid online on the website https://www.reservationpleinair.ca/, resulting in a refund to a customer's debit or credit card, we do not request any information related to your debit or credit card, since the online payment management process is entrusted to third parties, through our service providers Manisoft Inc., for everything about processing and to the administration of the transaction, on credit granted or in the event of a full refund.

We encourage you to consult their confidentiality policy regarding personal information and that of the third parties who have access to your personal information.

It may take more than a month to process the request if it is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In these cases, we will notify you and follow up with you. We may charge a reasonable fee for reprinting documents if you require additional copies.
